项目背景:
        喜来健源于韩国,经过十多年的发展,目前已经在全世界各地得到了广泛的推广,进入了包括美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等70多个国家和地区。2001年,韩国喜来健株式会社在中国投资设立公司,凭借着先进的产品技术和免费体验的全新经营模式,经过十几年的不懈努力,形成了以喜来健医疗器械(北京)有限公司为中心,以现代化工厂和一个研发中心为支点,体验中心覆盖全国30个省、市及自治区的大规模企业集团。喜来健通过真实的产品效果、完善的售后服务,成功赢得了顾客们的青睐以及政府和社会的认可,使喜来健品牌在中国得到了广泛的推广,成为中国温热理疗行业的领跑者。
        从进入中国的第一天起,喜来健公司就一直以成为“世界最佳的健康生活伴侣”为己任,2010年,喜来健又提出“生活健康”的全新理念,推出系列净水品牌、空气净化器等全新产品相继面世,引起了广大顾客的广泛关注和好评。

       喜来健的生活健康产品净水器与市场上常见的一般饮水机不同,净水器采用的是喜来健独特的五道滤芯技术,避免了桶式饮水机的二次污染问题,能够给家人提供更为干净的饮用水,同时也更为节能环保,适合家庭和单位使用。为代表的新一代饮水方式已经风靡日本韩国和欧美发达地区,人们都已经接受和认可这样一种更为健康和环保的饮水方式。如何能表达出产品的特征及特色成为此次品牌命名的重点。

解决方案:
       最终经过先知命名团队的群策群力创意出“爱饮”品牌名称,:“爱”,喜好 [like;be fond of],爱护 [care for],友爱 [friendly affect],惠;仁爱 [favor;kindheartedness]。“饮”,直接点明行业属性,说明产品的使用功能。“爱饮”也传达出韩国企业对中国消费者的深切的人文关怀,润物细无声的传递着企业及品牌文化。最终这个品牌名称被喜来健高层一次选中,后续先知中国团队又为“爱饮”创意设计了品牌logo。同时,先知团队还建议喜来健配备专门的售后团队进行了命名及形象规划,服务团队最终定名“帮妮”。
